Terrible communication and customer service. I dropped off a truck and trailer on a Saturday and the manager refused to return it for various excuses until two days later and after I contacted customer service numerous times. Terrible location. You should revoke their service provider.

I will never use this location and will consider using a different company for my next move.
Adam BIt’s the second time that I get a flat tire. They take 4 hrs to fix the issue.
ROBERTO GThe people running this location were very rude and did not communicate when asked questions. She also ignored most of what was asked and I was told she could not give me a price unless I was renting for sure because "it was a long process to get a price and if I wasn't renting she would not be going through the process"
James GOur reservation started at 3:45. We arrived at 3:50 and the clerk inside hadn’t even checked in the vehicle when it got there. We did not leave this location until 4:30.
