We reserved a truck to be picked up in Urbana, not Mt. Zion. The change was disruptive to our plans and cost us extra in gas and time. Very unhappy with the last minute change that was forced on us.

Mark BI would rather not have this sent to the location because he does great work on boats but. The person there had no knowledge of what to do with the drop or refund or any help where to put it or unhook.
adam wThis owner and his employees went above and beyond. One of the best experiences I have had picking up a U-Haul or any other customer interaction.
William HChris was an absolute pleasure to do business with. Helpful and friendly. Will definitely be using again in the near future. Would highly recommend to all who need a trailer for their hauling needs to give him a shot.
