There were no other U haul trucks in the lot and only a very small sign around back, apparently where any incoming trucks could be parked. The clerk at the time that I dropped off the truck did not know of any U haul routines to follow because the U haul guy was not there. The site seemed safe and clean so there were no physical limitations.
MICHAEL LThe truck had a headlight out. We did not notice that when we picked it up. We drove 150 miles with one headlight in the dark. We were not able to take our normal route. We understand that a claim was filed about yhe headlight by the return location. We have not heard from the first location about the issue. We went over the miles—even though we made no other trips. (We were rerouted for accidents.). Driving in the dark with one headlight on interstates was dangerous.
Jane VI rented a dolly ,,on the uhaul site it said dollys were 7 dollars I was charged 10 dollars I don't think that was right
GREGORY TThe app is clunky and very tedious. The attendant at the location was very nice and tried to help but had not been trained. Took nearly a half hour to get going at pickup.
