No one was there to assist us, though they did have a phone number to call. Otherwise the location was ok.

Renting the trailer was difficult because the rental person was not there. All transaction had to be done using two phones, but there was no wifi to make the process go smoothly. Return the trailer the same day, and it was never checked back in by the location. Dealing with billing issues and was charged twice incorrectly. Now having to wait on refund by Uhaul to put the funds back to my bank account.
