Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy issue is not with the equipment except that when I picked up the truck it was practically on empty. I told the woman owner that the gas was practically on empty and I asked her to go check for herself. She would not go and check for herself about how much gas was in the tank. She said to put the same amount of gas back into the truck when I brought it back. I asked her how am I going to put the same amount of gas back into the truck when it was practically on empty. When I took the truck back, she said I needed to put a quarter tank of gas in the truck. I had to argue with her about this because there was not a quarter tank of gas in the truck when I took it. They need a better system for tracking the amount of gas is in the truck when the customer leaves with the truck so there will not be any problem about the amount of gas to go into the truck when it is returned.
Roy CThey actually gave us only 8 furniture pads rather then 12
Shreenivas BThis guy put fraudulent charges on my credit card. He has not returned any of my calls. Will be calling U-Haul tomorrow to get these charges removed.
JASON BThe clerk gave me the key but didn’t tell me where the specific vehicle was . There were 2 vehicles parked out front , I assumed it was one of those two , but key didn’t fit either one . I went back to the clerk and she explained there were more vehicles out back behind a fence . I went out back and opened a large rolling gate and sure enough my key fit one of vehicles parked there . All this would not have been a problem except it was pouring down rain and was soaked by the time I found the correct vehicle .
