I found the pick-up application very confusing and impossible to use. Fortunately the office was open and I was able to get help to pick up the truck. Kudos to the Low Cost Equipment office staff for the help.
James KThe location was hard to locate because the address wasn’t on the building and the key box was difficult to find and hidden by a piece of equipment in front of it. The app was not very user friendly, we had to phone to get help to navigate it. We were charged for moving blankets which we ordered and they weren’t in the truck.

ROSEMARY CCouldn't easily find what size hitch ball was required for the trailer on the website, if it was 2” or 1⅞”. No big deal for me, I have both, but it would make the process smoother for someone else. Other than that, everything was perfect. Already recommended to a friend.
