I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive back to the location to be able to check the truck out to me. I have the app and tried to utilize the mobile check out feature but when I clicked on my reservation it said there was no truck assigned to me. While I was given a discount for having to wait, it was an inconvenience not only to myself but to everyone who also had to wait for the truck to arrive so we could load up and move.

Extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, very courteous. Have rented from them many many times and have always been very pleased.
DIANE KI rented a 20' truck to move me locally and it was at least 100 degrees outside that day and this truck had air conditioning issues. The air was working when I pulled the truck out of the parking space but soon there after, anytime I would turn the truck on again, the air conditioning was not working. It was blowing air but not cold air making it even hotter inside the truck. I paid a lot of money for a truck to have working AC and this was not the case. This was very disappointing and I don't believe I would trust renting from this particular location again.
