Wants everything was paid for, they gave us the key said it was outside. Never offered us any help with some of the driving features, which would have really made a difference on our truck mileage if they would have told us about it. We drove at 1200 miles. We paid for the furniture moving blankets but didn't have any to give us, so we had to drive to another dealer to pick up the blankets. Oh we did check the fluids, back at our friend's house. there was no windshield wiper fluid so we had to fill it.

2 Things... foremost, on the 'Contact Us' phone number... STAFF BETTER! Called twice...waited 15 min. listening to your 'rate us online' repetitive recording and NEVER got a human being. Had it been an emergency... I'd have subsequently SUED you! So... demote the 'bean counter' who thought cutting staff hours was a GOOD cost-cutting idea. Second, the 'no staff' pick up and drop off procedures are awkward even from a smart phone... liked the absolute dashboard and cleanliness verification photos... but at my drop-off, their lot is not lit at night so as you can see...'where I parked it' shot even by flash, is pitch black. Had difficulty reaching anyone to notify them of the need to extend my weekend rental until I used the website's 'chat' window ~

Well for one thing I reserved the truck on March 30th and was to pick it up at the orange City store around 10:00 am on the 19th of May and was told the day before that they didn't have 15ft truck we reserved there and that I needed to get it at thier Deltona FL store at noon on may 19th and that messed up my plans for how I was going to load the truck I will never use you people again and I will let my family and friends know how you people treat your customers

I reserved a 26 ft truck online for $39.99 plus 30 miles at $.99 a mile. When I got to the location (Expert Car Care, Deltona, FL) to pick up the truck, they tried to charge me $189.00. I said that was not the price I was quoted online and he came down to $179.00. I refused to pay more than what I was quoted and was told I was being rude and needed to calm down, there was nothing he could do about the price and he didn't care what I was quoted, that was the price. He then called someone from U-Haul and I spoke to him on the phone and told him what I was quoted and that is the price I reserved the truck for. He agreed and I was charged $89.99 for the truck. The man helping me at the location slammed the phone down and yelled at me that I don't make the prices at his location. The truck, which I finally got after an hour of haggling price had a big gash in the side, so I pointed it out to him and he said "We know it's there, it is our truck! " Moving is hard enough without being yelled at and overcharged just trying to pick up a truck. Very bad experience.

Picked truck up at 10:45 am on 4/5/2018 and returned the truck the same day around 7:30 pm the location was closed. I was informed by the attendant that they will not be open until Monday when we rented and I should just leave the keys in a drop box. I put 12 miles in the truck and prior to returning it I put 2 gallons of fuel in it. The fuel gauge was in the same position as when I picked it up. when i recieved my bill I was charged for fuel. I called the rental location and I was told there was nothing they could do. You need to call U Haul directly. I said the fuel level was marked incorrectly so could they fix it and I was told no it is correct. I informed them I have a photo of it. They said call u haul. Don't trust them. I will never rent again from this location or any other when there is not an attendant present when you return the truck.

My invoice is incorrect. I tried calling your 800 number and I wasn't allowed to speak to anyone unless I filled out this review. What's with that. I have billing questions that need to be answered.

Dropped truck off on 3/3/18. Attendant took keys and said were all good. Brandon did not check the truck in that day or even 3/4!! He checked it in Monday 3/5 and caused me to get charged for an extra day. When I called him to have him fix it he says there’s nothing he can do and just gave me a number to call. It was his mistake for not checking it in on time and when I ask him to fix it he says he can’t do nothing about it but did charged me an extra day. I am never doing business with uhaul again. I don’t care if this is not one of your corporate locations or whatever these people work with uhaul and are just as responsible

Make sure you have qualified employees I rent a tow dolly and it came loose from the ball when I was towing the car
