Ways to improve would be have your reservation being guaranteed by working applications and if there are system technical difficulties that you are experiencing, maybe not have customer service try to blame it on a fictional issue regarding the customer’s account causing delays in picking up the truck and then not compensating. Have some integrity and the way that you conduct your business and also ensure employees are properly trained with actual policy knowledge and not just making things up on the fly.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe did mobile pick up. It took over an hour to get it to work, and that was only because we had to speak to a representative. The mobile system which should of been seemless was not. Highly disappointed. Made us late to our pick up, in which we lost since of our stuff. I feel a refund of some sort should be applied.

George LThe representative was not able to print out a copy of my rental agreement at the beginning when I rented the vehicle nor at the completion of my rental. When I closed the rental agreement on the app it stated that I was charged a insurance fee. The rep never mentioned anything about any other fees other than the mileage and daily rate. Then she told me that there is nothing she can do for me in regards to the rental. I have rental insurance that I carry for my business.
