Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe agent who helped me was great! Patient, kind, professional. The mobile pick up was problematic though. It would have been nice to know about an outstanding balance before I went to the pickup location. The outstanding balance was a result of identity theft and I will be filling out the identity theft form the agent sent me.
Sandra TI was not able to choose a location that was close to the airport. Since I didnt have a car and was traveling alone, it affected my travel in a huge way including making it more expensive.
Bernice CK & G vape shop was a sketchy place to pick up. Nobody told me it was self serve pickup so it took 2 calls to uhual to figure out. Customer service reps were very helpful!
