1. This drop-off location had no posted open hours and no one was on site at 11:00 on a Saturday morning. 2. UHaul YouTube presentation at https://www.uhaul.com/Tips/Loading/How-To-Return-A-Truck-Using-U-Haul-Self-Return-7028/ mentions taking pictures and using the app to submit and answer questions on equipment performance and damage. However the app does not allow user to do anthing other than verify dropoff location and date & time.

Location was confusing; truck wasn’t not swept out and windshield was filthy with bugs, should have been cleaned for driving view. Hand cart and pads as ordered were not in back of truck ready to go.

Jim DNo one on site to accept the truck. I called their number on my contract twice and received a message the number was not in service. I left truck there and the keys in drop box. I think the drop box should be reserved for after hours drop off, not during regular business hours.
Mark LNobody present, store closed. We had to do all the work for drop off. Following online instructions to photograph about 10 photos to record the truck. Thankfully my son was able to complete the process. I’m not tech savvy
