The gal helping out screwed up the contract and priced us the price for 26’ truck instead of for a 20’ truck. She told us the price was the same for a 20’ and a 26’ truck when on the u haul website the 20’ truck was a $100 cheaper. We also found French fries not cleaned under the dashboard.
JEFFREY JIt was the worst experience renting a truck. I was told to pick up the truck in one location at 7 AM. After being in the phone for almost one hour I finally have to drive to a different location because the renting was not set up in your part. I would like to receive compensation for the waste of time I had and the hustle of going around. People that I was paying had to wait for me to arrive with the truck.
