Worse experience ever. My fault for not taking a picture of my mileage use before and after but I truly believe I was billed AT LEAST an extra 40 miles. I will never use U-Haul ever again.

I have booked a rental in my area which was Bloomingdale IL, but instead uhaul gave me a pickup location which was almost 13 miles away from my location. I ended paying extra money for the miles i put on the truck in order to pick up and drop off rental from uhaul location.

Marking where to park a truck would be most helpful. Not identifying herself and she come over to tell me to move the truck, because its not their spot.

Good lord this location is terrible. I walked in and the woman running the lobby is on her personal phone with a call. The guy doing most of the hard labor outside came in twice to do her work for her. She was slow and copped an attitude with the people who called in on the business phone. Terrible. So terrible. Never again will I use U-Haul because of this location.

The rental process was quick, easy and straightforward. Returning was a breeze too. The folks working there were pleasant and friendly, however the office interior could use some freshening up and improved exterior Uhaul signage for ease in finding the office location.

I received no indication that my truck was to be picked up at a different location . They didn't have a 15 footer at the requested location and the one I went to so I had to manage with a 10 footer. Made for multiple trips.. huge pain. Contact your customers with a text, call, or email to let them know where specifically to pick up their truck!

The online process is a little cumbersome to figure out, but probably gets easier over time. The lighting was very poor for dropping off a truck at night. I did not feel safe.

The lights did not work on the truck, only the high beams would turn on.

Clean your trucks. This is not the only time or location that I got in the vehicle and it was dirty to the point I didn’t want to touch anything. Even the back wasn’t swept regardless of the 25 dollar fee sign.

Not happy with being charged 40.00 for a full day being an hour late with the truck. Especially with what I dealt with on pick up.
