This location in Dresden TN was superb. They helped us out when we hit a dear on our way back home from Pennsylvania. I also wanted to include and thank the location in union city TN called hornsby. They were across the street from where our car was and all of their trucks were rented out. Not only did they find us a truck but also found us a ride to be able to go and get the truck and bring it to where our car was. Everyone was kind and helpful and I would 100 percent recommend both these places to anyone who needs a uhaul truck. Thanks guys we made it home safely and could not be happier with your customer service

TIMOTHY LEvery thing was top notch very easy transaction treated very well and i appreciate it.
EDDIE WMy clothes had ants all over themand it like an animal got in there and sprayed on damn had to throw half out. Have some stupid policy if you rent storage a prorated game but not going out so you I went on those spending more for two and a half weeks of storage than if i would have if they would just let me buy a whole month
