I dropped off the equipment after hours, and I was totally surprised to see an after hours charge of $20.00. I would have thought that there wouldn't be any additional fee seeing that the equipment was actually returned early. So why the charge? The only your employees had to do was take the key out of the drop box. So I got charged for that? That should have been disclosed upon the time of the rental. I would have given you an excellent rating, however the fact that I wasn't informed of this charge shows a lack of customer service and attention to detail. Also, the fact that I had to pick up the equipment at another location and was informed of this an hour before my pickup time shows a lack of organization.RODNEY T.

I dropped the rental off. Gentleman who identified as Edgar was at the computer. I wanted him or someone else to get rental checked back in and finalize my charges. He declined. He would do it later, when I am not there. And I would need to check my email to see my final bill. He overcharged me on the mileage. I was promised excess mileage would be 40 cents or less per mile at the facility I picked up the rental. He charged me a dollar per mile, that is more than double, about 80 dollars more than quoted. He didn't have a chance to hear out my position because he chose not to conclude transaction when I'm standing in front of him with no other customer at his desk. How to improve: Consider connecting with the customer when he/she is at your desk. They are physically there to engage / interact with you. They are more important than the keyboard you are poking atmir A.
