Very quick process expecually with booking online. Very professional personnel at pickup location. Drop U-haul back at location during off hours, I called the next more to verify everything, and all was good. Would recommend this business to anyone. Thanks for your services.
MICHAEL SCheck in was very slow (35 min at least). The trailer was in mostly good condition but needed grease on the winch area to better move. The trailer was also stuck behind a car mover but the employee left so we had to move the car mover out of the way to get the trailer out. Luckily there was another person with me so we could do it together but if I was by myself, I wouldn't have been able to leave.
