Did not have the reserved rental truck available upon pickup. No prior communication and unable to call them since all calls get autodirected to voicemail, and the voice mailbox is full so you can'teven leave a voice message. That is just horrible customer service, definitely do not recommend this location.

Have truck ready to go with all requested items. Had to leave behind large items because requested Dollie’s and furniture pads were not on the truck. Be open or available by phone for customers with questions
