The location was not open and nobody answers the phone when you call. Had to contact U-haul directly to get into the truck. Also, the trailer and furniture pads requested were not at the location and had to be delivered to us. The U-Haul support team was incredible, especially Precious and Shawn!!!

Grace SReplace nearly every aspect of the uhaul app. It is painfully poorly designed. It gets stuck in loops without feedback. UI elements have similar text and visual draw, with wildly different function. Not the worst, but bad.
Gabriel SDO NOT RENT FROM HERE. They claimed I drove their Uhaul when I couldn’t even pick up the keys bc they were closed. They fabricated the mileage and lied to the Uhaul HQ when I asked for a refund. They are predatory scammers, go anywhere else.
