I rented an 8'x10' trailer 2 weeks in advance. I arrived at the scheduled time and they didn't have one. I had to take a 5'x8', which then required 2 trips to move what I needed to move. Made a 4 hour move into an 8 hour move and wasted gas.
Jeff K.My comments are not about the pickup location but rather about U-Haul as a whole. I originally selected a location very close to my home since it was all to be done in just a few hours. However day of pickup U-Haul moved my location twice, eventually settling on a location over 20 miles further from me than the original. Since I have to pay 0,99 a mile, this cost me nearly $40 more than it was supposed to, not including the extra gas cost
