Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe uhaul app is fine except you fail to mention you must have someone as a backup as part of the process and they must answer the phone to acknowledge themselves as your backup or if they have a balance or alert with Uhaul you can't rent the truck unless you elected a person who does not have an alert and that answers while you're waiting at a virtual location in the cold. Shame on you, was told it's streamlined and simple. It's not that cut and dry.
