when i rented the truck i was charged for the truck & pre-charged for 20 miles, the truck had a half a tank of gas, i took a picture of the gas gauge. and milage. When i returned it the truck had a half a tank of gas the girl argued with me and i showed her the pictures i took, and she said i was going to be charged for the difference. and she charged me for a additional 10 miles, i only drove 10 miles and was charged for 30 miles

Joe N.Improve your software. I them 30 minutes to check me out, finally had to call a representative to get the process completed. Also, don't know why I need 2 names and phone numbers. I could have given fake names and numbers if I wanted. Just more of a waste of my time. The person who came up with that idea is a real rocket scientist!
