The truck I had was an accident waiting to happen had to turn around and take it back and rent a different truck from a different company steering was so much slacking couldn't go over 30 miles an hour sorry I will never rent there again

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNoone to assist me. Took way to much ga and added fees just because I drove from your store to Monaca and back and spent $30 in gas and needed it for an extra hour due to running late getting help. Then the app didn't work properly to obtain the truck and return it so I got charged over $30 more on top of that! Very dissatisfied. Never had this issue in Monaca and only rented it for 8 hrs vs 24. I believe that I deserve a refund of added expenses that I was charged.
Kristen BFirst time renting a U-Haul, and I put the key in the lock box BEFORE the rest of the truck pictures had to be taken. The first set I had to take pictures of gas/mileage. Then it asked a few questions and I thought I was done. I put the key in the box then went to finish online drop off form and then had to take more pictures. Maybe put all of the pictures together and then the questions.
Danielle MTrucks fuel level wasn’t full. It was a 1/4 tank low but I’m expected to fill it up so I lost money and there wasn’t any way to report the low fuel level. Cab interior was dirty.
Chris BTrenton was so kind and helpful. I wouldn’t change a thing at this location.
