If anyone has a TV or internet you would know there is a shortage on rental vehicles in the U.S due to covid.It might be wise and business like to clean your vehicles.My pick up rental smelled like a dumpster and that's being nice.I know now to go in person and inspect in the future.My father wanted to go with me and drop furniture off at his church and would not get in being that the smell would transfer on to him.It was embarassing.michael T.

Your Website booked my rental for Columbia NJ. The confirmation call stated that the truck was not available form that location and a 7 min drive to Stroudsburg. But that was actually a 19 min drive. Which is about 15 miles. So around 30 miles I had to pay for. On top of that it added a toll which came out to 10 dollars. The online checkin was not working properly. The truck AC did not work on the 90 degree day. On the return trip the check engine light came on. The confirmation call stated that the drop-off location would be open until 6. But they were locked up no one to be seen. With the open sign on at 5:30. I again struggled to get the online checkin process to work. As the load times were long and they timed out. The truck suited the needs of the day. But overall the experience was not well.Alex W.

They charged my card an extra $64 DOLLARS SAYING MY RETURN WAS LATE WHEN I WASN'T GIVEN A TIME FOR A RETURN UNTIL THAT MORNING I RETURN THE TRUCK AT 11AM ON A SUNDAY THE LOCATION SAID THEY CLOSE AT 10 AM AN I WAS TOLD I CAN RETURN THE TRUCK ANYTIME BEFORE 12PM .Robert L.

My biggest irritation was that the male agent sat at a desk 6 or 8 feet away from the counter which had a "sneeze guard" over it. And, his chair was turned 90 degrees to me so he wasn't even speaking directly to me. So, when he spoke, I had a very hard time hearing him clearly. Fortunately, a female agent came forward to the counter and could repeat what I couldn't hear. When I returned the truck, the female agent checked me in and did a very efficient job of it.Gregory H.
Dirty Truck ..sticky inside ..it drove like it had issues and was not maintained well . The air brakes were loud and shaky and it drove like it had no pick up , when it accelerated past 40 MPs is was struggling . I returned it and followed all instructions and was still charged an erroneous charge for more gas , even after I filled it to the 3/4 mark as requested. I wouldn't ever rent from this place again .Christina V.

The crank for the hitch broke upon arrival at our destination. It was a tremendous inconvenience for my husband and I to try and disconnect the carrier without a working crank. We managed but extreme inconvenience.ANN C.

The unit was dirty inside. The franchise was good but did not have the preregistration info. The website did not work for checking vehicle prior to taking vehicle. The website also did not work for return of vehicle after hours. I contacted uhaul and was very disappointed in the reps response when I stated website did not work. It was basically, too bad for you. I would use franchise location if necessary because of the location but your website needs improvement and your reps need training in dealing with clients.Thomas H.

The entire process was incredibly frustrating. Despite booking a pick up time online, the first location i went to was closed upon arrival. I called customer service who then sent me to this location ensuring it would be open. Again - closed. The entire cell phone check in is basically useless when there is no cell service. It took forever for it to â€œrecognize my locationâ€ which is the only way it works. Called customer service again where the representative was insensitive to the already incredibly frustrating situation and told me there was nothing she could do. At this point I had already driven an additional 15 miles in the opposite direction of where I needed to be. Overall, what I had hoped would be a smooth and convenient process turned out to be extremely frustrating and disappointing.Ronald D.
Great customer service, was in and out in a timely manner. I needed an adapter for the electric hook up they had them in stock for a reasonable price and I was able to drop off the trailer after hours. All in all a good experience. KevinKevin M.
