Uhaul company is great. However there were many issues with the Bay City Garage site. They didn't check in our Uhaul when we returns it, tried to overcharge us almost $200.00 and was very unprofessional when questioned about their poor service. The site could benefit from customer service training and proper Uhaul program expectations.

They are friendly but apparently disorganized. Two days after I dropped off the vehicle, I received a call from U-haul asking where the truck was. Would recommend only because they are the only option.

We had a challenging time trying to figure out the online return with photo attachment, we weren't able to figure that out. We did take pictures of everything as requested, but we couldn't figure out how to attach, or even where the place was to do it, online. So we just returned the paper contract with written info.
