I had an absolutely terrible experience with u haul. First when I went to pick up the truck the app was total garbage and kept telling me I was in the wrong place and then failed to accept my ID scan like 20 times. In total I spent over an hour picking up the truck after driving 20 miles out of the way to pick it up after they changed my pick up point. The truck itself was fairly clean but the breaks were awful the truck felt like it didn't want to stop. The worst part of my experience with u haul was when I went to return my truck. It took us over TWO HOURS to return this truck. We tried on multiple phones and apps and they all kept getting the same white screen with no way to proceed. Finally after hours and multiple calls to support I got it to accept my return. I would not at all recommend using this truck rental service. I would rather make a ton of trips in my car next time. It was that bad. Stay far far away nothing but problems and a rip off too. Over 500 bucks for a 80 mile move.
