I'm only giving this review five stars because the overnight attendant that assisted us with the trailer drop off was awesome! Overall, this rental experience with U-Haul has been terrible, and if it didn't negatively affect the person receiving the review, I would give it zero out of five stars.

Debra Y.The gas tank was empty, though the location documented half a tank. Somehow, an accident report was attached to the truck when we returned it. We were also given the wrong location for return. Altogether, not a good experience.
LISA F.I was able to leave the truck there, but since the application was not pulling up my reservation, I could not register the return of the truck. However that is just mainly the application and nothing wrong with the location.
