At pickup, there was trash and a jacket, behind the seat. The steering wheel was sticky.

FRANK PThere was a closer location and UHaul customer service said they were all rented. The same trucks were there the next day and then again, two days later upon our return. Nothing had moved, nothing was rented. We had to drive 10 extra miles each way to pick up the truck.
lisa mI requested this location because it was convenient to my house. When I went to pick up my rental, she said she couldn’t find the reservation. When I said I had the verification on my phone, she found it. Then She said the computer wouldn’t let her confirm it. After a few minutes she was able to fix that. She knew I was coming because I had been in earlier in the morning. She didn’t appear to be very busy and could have been prepared when I came back. Moving is stressful and I feel she could have made this a better experience.
