Have the unit I asked for ready. Have a real person to help. Your app is arduous not intuitive particularly.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisInterior of cab was dirty. I was also charged 7.00 for a dolly that was never there for me to use. I was told it would be removed before being charged, but it was not. I paid the full bill just to be done with it. I'll be trying a different company next time for sure.
Philip LI'm used to in person renting. This online experience was a little complicated, but we managed to get through it. The 3-person verification was too much!!
Carol TDollies were not on the truck m. I called customer service they said the charges for Dollie's would be removed, and I still got charged for Dollie's. My move was a nightmare.
Shane DThis location had no staff to deal with, had to call in once we found a phone number and was given directions to do the return online, staff member on the phone was very helpful
