Interior of cab was dirty. I was also charged 7 for a dolly that was never there for me to use. I was told it would be removed before being charged, but it was not. I paid the full bill just to be done with it. I'll be trying a different company next time for sure.

I'm used to in person renting. This online experience was a little complicated, but we managed to get through it. The 3-person verification was too much!!
Carol TDollies were not on the truck m. I called customer service they said the charges for Dollie's would be removed, and I still got charged for Dollie's. My move was a nightmare.
Shane DThis location had no staff to deal with, had to call in once we found a phone number and was given directions to do the return online, staff member on the phone was very helpful
Patricia MI left more gas in the tank than it started with and there was no compensation for that. This is not a criticism of the location but of company policy.
