I was slightly late on rental. I called to inform the store but was unable to through. My rental was retuned clean and gassed up but was charged an extra 60 $without notice. I always rent from this location and very dissatisfied with that service. The store was closed when I got back I'm to do the dro off it isn't like it was being rented againDarby S.

My first time rent was very good but second time was really disappointed because I standing long time in office pick up and drop up time and they show me maximum estimate fee was $ 73.84 and they charge $95.33. No one in the front desk for over 15 minutes when I arrived. Was simply handed keys, I had to maneuver 26 foot truck from parking stall, do walk around and orientate myself with the vehicle. Opened back of vehicle when I got home had to sweep out broken glass and some garbage. Explained disappointment on return, staff at that time were understanding and apologetic. They did reimburse me the cost of insurance.DARYL N.

Even though the young man working was very professional and friendly there was a very long line up at the counter (6 or 7 clients) at least a 1/2 hour wait. He had to do the lot work as well as the counter work. He accompanied every customer out to the lot while leaving the rest of the customers in line. The vehicle was filthy outside and the interior wasn't much better. It rode like it has 300,000 + km but the odometer read 83,000 miles. Next time I rent a vehicle or trailer from U haul I'd like it to be clean and well maintained.Trevor A.

Didn't have the equipment I rented available, got a car hauler instead of a tow dolly. Got called 2 times during the trip to return because of over booking of trailer. First call was not even 2 hours of a 5 hour booking. Trailer running lights were not functional.Justin H.

Reservation was made a month in advance an I still never got the truck as long as I needed. There was a wicked shake to the truck after 80kms. So bad that furniture shifted and broke. When returned my bill was triple because the kms were submitted wrong. Staff how ever was great and fixed my bill to what I was quoteddavid L.
Staff were good, equipment was good, took a little more time than I would like to get in and out but it was the 31st of the month so I can forgive that. The frustration sets in when I book my trailer, choose my location and they take my money make the reservation..... that's when the other shoe drops, fast forward a couple days, phone rings..... we've moved your pick up location by 50 kms and pushed your pick up time and drop off time back by 3 hours.... why? Because it's convenient to U-Haul. Here's an idea, move the trailer to the agreed upon location? At the very least allow me to drop it off at a location that's not an extra 40 kms away. Equipment and staff are good at this location but in this day and age you would think that U-Haul could figure this stuff out. Leaves me bitter about the whole thing. At the end of the day I was out 169 kms of running around that I didn't agree to and pushed my rental back three hours, five hours if you include the running around to the non agreed upon location. Get it together U-Haul, I know you can do better.Ronald H.

Due to Covid restrictions there was a long line up at the appointed time for pick up. Perhaps, customers could have been told this was a possibility and to make better use of the app on-line. This caused an hour delay, but the office manager was very accommodating ensuring we could keep the truck longer. She handled the situation very professionally.Sean O.

It was difficult to access. I was not impressed that I paid $45 on top of my already paid $110 just to get out of there. My top up on gas was a little low. So I paid $1.59 /litre to top up, no big deal. But then I was also charged a $30 "service fee" on top of that. I left feeling I had been robbed. Like it wasn't enough to pay for the service but the $30 service fee I feCraig M.

Once again ad i do evrry time i rent i have to say i think your equipment is first rate but your web site is mediocre and your central booking system is atrocious. If i can not contact the actual location that i am renting from i will keep trying until i do or i will go elsewhere - i will not book thru central as the wait time is too long or the product isn't available and im offered the equipment at some ridiculous location or im offered alternative equipment which doesnt suit my needsLorne H.
