Storage was not swept out & leaked. They gave us a pallet to keep boxes of the ground which was good. They did offer to sweep out but we were in a rush so stored anyways. Could use a couple of staff so not to wait too long. Otherwise we would use again. No ones perfect 😁

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOur unit is not secured properly it was made up with wood and would easily give access for robbery has the lock could be removed with screwdriver, very hard to put anything valuable in the unit not feeling the unit is secured properly. Should be addressed as soon as possible .
Frederic C | Premières impressionsGreat deal with the 1 month free storage!
GAELEN J | Premières impressionsI ran a business through my storage units, at my peak I had 11 storage units rented, I moved to a warehouse and dropped my units to one. Due to a misalignment and other business interfering factors, I left the warehouse and returned to the storage units, I rented 8, reduced it to 5, but my business met a temporary financial crunch. To pay the bill at U-Haul I needed to sell contents from my storage units. The auction lock prevented that. The auction told me flat out that business volume and rental history is irrelevant to corporate bottom line, a few months of cash flow issues caused my assets to be seized. An auction sold my unit with approximately $72,000 in stock for $1200. I have rented trucks and trailers dozens of times, rented a large amount of storage units but that was irrelevant when 2 months of cash flow resulted in unpaid rent. It is what it is. I understand the business logic behind it but it cost long term loyalty for your business from mine. The staff were excellent. The manager is excellent. She did everything she could to assist me. My financial situation was fall out from the warehouse fiasco and had nothing to do with your business and I respect that. But 3 years and 10’s of thousands of dollars from my company to yours should have paid a bit of role in working out a more satisfactory conclusion.
Trevor R | Expérience généraleWhen i first went there manager was swearing with somebody on the phone..and then complauned to me about short staffing... Also.wasnt told upfront that access to storage unit was reduced to business hours for a week which was inconvenient when moving
GREG H | Expérience généraleOne of the two storage units I rented smelled of urine. The larger storage unit I rented when I moved out attempted three times to get ahold of a person to state I had moved my stuff out. Second person did manage to remove me from auto pay but received an email for a reminder to pay and had to call a fourth time and ensured they called me back and get a confirmation email that everything was good and contract was completed
Monica K | Expérience généraleMice problem
Kyle S | Premières impressionsExterior cold storage access hours on app account said entry till 10 pm. Tried to access my storage at 9 pm mountain time and was denied access to clean out my storage unit. Had to drive over 1 hour back in the next day to be able to clear out the storage unit for move out.
JAMES D | Expérience généraleThank you UHaul Co. I'm very much contented and satisfied for the storage and the services.
Glenda l | Expérience généralenicole is absolutely amazing! one of the best people I've ever had to deal with. love her store. it's always friendly and clean. she's an absolute awesome manager and would recommend anyone to this location.
Jason H | Premières impressionsI have had great experiences with the U-Haul company throughout my move to Alberta. I must say that the Grand Prairie U-Haul office was by far. The best experience I ever had so comparing to them I would say that the U-Haul office in stony Plains was not as amazing they were good, but nothing stood out that was like absolutely exceptional only because Grand Prairie said such a high bar.
TRICIA J | Expérience généralePoor customer service as they are always short staffed and busy. I used the app to communicate my move out time and date but no one has access to the app?!?! I had to wait on hold for 46 minutes until I was finally able to get someone to answer the phone and correct the billing of the account.
Doug H | Expérience généraleFound black mold in unit. Loat several bags of clothes due to mold because of leaking unit. Drug addicts hanging around almost every time I went to my unit. Not enough staffing as the wait times to contact someone was beyond annoying. Very disappointed. Again....very poor amount of staffing.
Frank H | Expérience généraleTried charging me after I'd notified them & vacated my storage unit. Very disorganized at this location and not enough staff!
Darrell M | Expérience généraleWhen packed everything into my storage container it was organized, clean and well packed in and months later when my son visited the contents of my entire unit were tossed around like there had been an earthquake.
Kimberly D | Expérience généraleAll good thanks so much
Kevin C | Expérience généraleYou burned all of my stuff
Robert Y | Expérience généraleI like U-Haul but continue to have trouble after I had to move out my unit cause of a fire. And was Told a free month rent the next month where trouble started and just received a Email again saying over doe account and have to pay a $15 late fee! From same person I already went in twice to figure out this! Very frustrating!
