Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDid not have gas when we picked it up, was created 42.75, but when I dropped it off I was charged 42.75 and we had to put gas in it before we even left Eldersburg,

Charles MLocation is fine, maintenance is unsatisfactory. The particular truck assigned was not useable. Another truck was substituted but was at a higher price. That truck's brakes were malfunctioning and was unsafe to drive. A third truck was then substituted which worked fine. I ended up paying about $12 more than I was anticipating and found some of the trucks unsatisfactory. I am disappointed with the maintenance of your vehicles. The person at the desk did attempt to help me and I appreciated his service. This particular truck that the billing relates to was not used and so hopefully not charged to my account. Please be more attentive to the maintenance of your vehicles.
Gary PSimple process. The interior of the truck was muddy. The truck was basic. The staff was pleasant and professional.
