I was charged a fee for returning the truck before the appointing time. I drop the key in the return box and I called when I saw the charge, I have rented trucks for years and never heard or experienced this…very sad..

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisCargo van was ready when needed and was new and clean. My son was able to drive it easily and it served our purpose. The office we picked the van up at was seasonally decorated and the front desk lady was friendly and made the whole process easy. Will use them again if needed!
Zachary VI was charged for something I didn’t sign up for. Improvement could consist on getting back to customer right away without having to wait 1-3 days for someone to resolve the issue.
Zeporah SIt was raining and the truck was leaking. We plugged it with garbage bags but my mattress got all wet. We couldn’t put anything on the ground that wasn’t solid.
Jonathan WI would suggest the workers know how to actually use the vehicles as there were unable to show me how to do simple things like adjust the steering wheel which I had to Google the manual to find out myself.
