Had an issue with the truck leaking from the rain. I had drums in soft cases that got wet. Luckiky the drums were OK, but the truck needs to be fixed.

Guy behind counter took my DL and CC and went into a back room. Pretty fishy. He told me to go out and load the trailer by myself. The trailer was parked on a down hill slope and impossible to move to get it hooked up. After almost dropping the trailer on my feet 2 times I was able to finally get it. When I told the guy it was dirty inside he just laughed and said typical people dont care. I rent a trailer almost weekly and normally get at the uhaul in trexlertown and the women there are great. They even help hook up the trailer with you as its their job. But after this experience i may find somewhere else to rent from.

LANA DThe service was not that great. The gas was on Empty, I was not shown where the Dropbox key was or where to return key. My return was not checked in till late Monday morning when i returned it the same day i got it on a Saturday. I will not return to this location sadly to say do to customer service at this location
