The gas tank was less than full when I picked it up. When I returned it I filled it to the level indicated on the agreement instead of to full. Because it wasn't full they decided how full it was and charged me for an additional 7 gallons. I'm protesting the difference. I fulfilled my part of the agreement. In every other way this was a great experience.

Christopher PThe trailer I rented had a small crack in the rim an air leaked out very slow . So I was broke down on the side of the road for two in a half hours when the first service truck arrived with no rim or tire to fix the problem,so off he went then another service truck arrived one hour an forty five minutes later with the rim an tire ,an I was back on the road .no one listens when I first called the service for help the first time an told them I had a cracked rim .your co need better listening skills.
