Wet bad location. Horrible experience with the store owner. He called and threatened me and I have the voice mails. He should not be allowed to be a retailer for U-Haul.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe car was formidable
Maksym YWaited half hour to get the truck. Store couple open and closed boxes leaving me waiting 45 minutes. They kept speaking in their own language with no stop, and ignoring me. That was very embarrassed. I returned the truck, same day. They charged me three days, even though truck was in their backyard. Thank God customer service refunded extra days charged on purpose by these store people.
Albina MThe location had no lighting and was also located in a laneway. I would not recommend for a female at night to go there
Conroy cThis location was efficient and effective.
