Man working there was very kind and helpful. Efficiently checked my drop off in and documented for me that the brake lights and blinkers were not working

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGuy was super helpful and process was pretty easy.
Evan SThe driver's side mirror would not stay in a fixed position and was mostly useless. This created a driving hazard. The return location was supposed to be open at 9:00 A.M. I arrived at 10:00 A.M. and nobody was there to return the vehicle to. I used the app to return the vehicle, but I could not get a photo of the milage as a maintenance message kept displaying in its place.
Raymond BThe digital sign in took me about a half an hour from arrival to driving away with the truck, but my rental period was not adjusted to accommodate that. I was most frustrated with the need to give another individual‘s phone number to verify me. I had to give three different phone numbers because each person kept getting added to the account and then the calls didn’t go through. Very frustrating process.
