Customer service was excellent!!! Truck could have used air freshener but all in all was a great experience! Thank you for all you did, it was my first time renting and I was super nervous.

Jeffrey RI was sent to another location since the location I chose did not have the truck I needed. The location they had me go to was pretty far and kind of remote.
Alicia CNothing wrong with the service from the owner, she was great and really nice/helpful. The truck on the other hand was not. worst truck i’ve ever rented from U haul the steering at speed was not responsive at all and the cab rattled and vibrated very loud the whole ride
