No staff at 6pm, Fox Automotive location was in a questionable part of town, isolated, so going through drop off steps and taking pictures was unnerving. We couldn't wait to get out of the area, thank goodness it was still light out. At night this would be very scary and unsafe. The road was rough terrain. No clear area to leave the truck but parked it next to other uhauls on a dirt muddy field.

Lower the mileage rate. .79 cents a mile is to high.
KEITH MRob was terrific with us. If you made it easier to locate the desk within the two buildings, that would be helpful. Other than that, we had a perfect experience.
