Earle AI have no additional comments other than to say I was pleasantly surprised that I could reserve the trailer before noon and pick it up the same day at 2:00.
Tony TThis is definitely a 'side gig' for this business. This is the first time I have ever rented where the business didn't actually come out and hook up the vehicle, and ensure that all the lights worked, etc. This was more like self-service: 'tell me when you are done, and I'll come take a photo.' Additionally, I am very upset that I did not get a credit for the bad information after returning a non-used 6 x 12 trailer with ramp! Although not only related to this location, the website is HORRIBLE. I thought I ordered a 6' x 12' trailer with ramp, and the ramp was actually the full width of the trailer (like all that I have rented previously). I picked up the trailer, drove it to the dealer to pick up my side-by-side utility vehicle, just to find that the opening width of the trailer was significantly narrower than was advertised! I could NOT pick up my vehicle, so I went back to this location, and could NOT get a refund either. So my $45 trailer rental turned into $160 after having to rent a MUCH larger (than needed) toy trailer. Who would guess that a 64" wide side-by-side vehicle would NOT fit in a 72" wide trailer?
Vincent MNothing,it was quick and easy and I appreciate y'all. Thanks .
