Al went above and beyond at every step. He called me proactively so I could get checked in early and avoid the rush. He checked in with me to see how things were going. And then he followed up afterwards to make sure the bill was accurate. In a world where personal customer service is increasingly difficult to find, Al is a great example of how pleasant and engaging a truck rental can be. And check out his hardware store while you’re there!

Kayla FPossibly park an employee vehicle in spot to the left of lot exit. This vehicle could be moved to facilitate exiting the lot.
