Had a problem with the truck not changing gears. They told us it would be 30 mins, but should be less for roadside assistance to arrive. I called approx 10 am and they didnt arrive until almost 1... 3 hrs Had to call and ask for an extension on return time. Prolonged our move and our friend could no longer come to help us unload as losing 3 hrs would not get us home in time for him. I asked for someone to help unload and they wanted to charge us over $200 They would only extend us a day. We had medical appts the next day so that wasnt an option. very stressful long day and driving home in dark, which I typically avoid. Ive asked for a customer service call.

Wallace wAsked for a dolly. Didnt get a dolly. Was not impressed.
PHOENIX GI needed to use one because my car was to small. I will more than likely have to use them again eventually but it’s way to expensive especially for someone on ODSP. $300 was way to much for going to London especially considering it they expect you to fill up the vehicle. There is no reason at all to charge someone that much. When I ordered it said it was going to be $51 and then got charged $245 plus $60 for gas.
