Took an hour to pick up rental. Staff didn't know what to do and it turns out they didn't mark our U-Haul as picked up and we were unable to return it. It was such a mess.

Extremely kind gentlemen!! I left my water bottle behind in my U-Haul and they worked so hard to help me get it back! I will absolutely recommend them to others.
EMMA TThe truck was old and had a lot of cosmetic damage. I took video of the damage so they would not think I did it. There was no air conditioning in the truck and the temperature outside was 90+. The trucks are not located on site, you have to drive two blocks to pick up your truck.
BEVERLEY HVery convenient location on the western side of Fairfax City. Located in a retail vacuum cleaner store, with the truck lot about a quarter mile away, it may be little confusing for first time customers. That said, I've used this location several times and always efficiently picked up the truck I reserved without any hassle.
CLAYTON MThere was no papers to sign, place looked really sketchy, had to wait 20 minutes for someone to return to desk, the uhaul had no BLINKERS
