The U-Haul transit for Fargo changed my drop off to a city 10 miles away. I dropped it off at my original place anyway. The ladies at Mac's were awesome in helping us out and making sure we didn't have to drive any further.

Give them the ability to address corporate related issues, like mileage variations. I was charged for extra mileage because U-Haul customer service did not book my reservation correctly.
