do a walk around with the customer. I did my own and had to bring them outside to show them multiple dents and scratches that had not been stickered.

The facility opened at 8am but they did not get there until 8:15 am. Not terribly late, but I had guys arriving at 9 am, and barely beat them back with the trailer.
Thomas FTrailer tires were out of balance and the trailer and truck had a terrible vibration for the whole trip (4.5 hrs). No one other than the local office seemed to show any concern. When I dropped off, the rep could have cared less and didn’t want to even talk about it.
Gregory MThe biggest issue was the lack of consistency in communication. I made reservation at the Springdale location and they told me that someone would be available to help me with the auto transport to the truck. I made plans with that location hours. Then when it got changed to this location, the hours are shorter so I had to changed plans. The older gentleman could work on his attitude. He was rude and short with me. Then he told me that it's extra to hook up the auto transport. On top of that, the inside of the truck smelled like someone smoked weed and looks like this seats have not be disinfected in a long time. The area manager was super nice and friendly when I came to get the Auto Transport though. He knows how to be customer service friendly. Also, I was told that I could go to any Austin location then when I arrived at my preferred location, they told me I need to call a number. Fortunately, the chat rep was able to help me since I am Deaf and didn't have access to WIFI to connect with an interpreter.
