Tail lights were not clean. Agent snuck in trip insurance and said the higher price was due to UHaul update. My receipt was so streaked with lines as to be unreadable.

Simmy JRight side mirror can’t align right so almost impossible to see other vehicles right side door window belt molding thing comes up when the window is rolled up and blocks mirror
Kayley CMy assigned truck was blocked in by other Uhaul trucks. I could not have gotten my truck if the place wasn't already open. Also, the tank was not full when I picked it up but when I returned the truck he told me I needed to fill it up, so I ended up paying for more gas than I used.
CHRISTOPHER GThis was my scheduled drop off location, the owner told me he didnt have room for my trailer and asked me to drop at another provider 10 min up the road. That location was closed… Turns out he had plenty of room on his lot and just didn’t want to deal with the paperwork involved with a drop off at 5:45pm….Thanks to after hours drop off using the app… the trailer was dropped off at its scheduled location.
