Have the trailer ready with air in all four tires don't tell the customer we can change the flat tire in 15 minutes then take 2 hours to do it, they made me late for my mother's funeral.then they installed a bias's ply tire and the rest were radials, the trailer shook the whole way back to Reno. Safety chains were dragged by someone to the point they needed to be replaced also. Last the ball connection wasn't tight 100 feet from pick up location.
