The location was ok, issue was with the entire process itself. I rented out a 15' a week or so prior to moving out and then two days before they call to say it was unavailable but I could go pick it up in a city that was about an hour away. After showing I was displeased they offered a large truck at the same price rate to make up for it. I took it and scheduled to pick up at 7 am using the app. I was unable to do so because apparently after a 15 min hold on the phone, customer service stated my contract was not updated and so I needed to physically meet the owner to get the keys. Doors opened at 8 but he didn't get there till 8:15-20ish. My couch delivery got rescheduled for days later because of my time delay this morning
