Dirty truck....bugs all over windshield. "Upgraded" to larger truck than was reserved because the reserved Cargo Van didn't work. probably paid more for gas than necessary due to oversized vehicle. Not a great experience.Doug F.
While the location is easy to find and confirmed equipment prior to the pickup date we had to return to pick up equipment that should have been supplied for the auto transporter.Ella Q.

Trucks need to have the iPhone plug in . The truck I had still only had the all auxiliarly cord plug in. No one has used that setup for quite awhile. Made driving across the country pretty miserable trying to tune into local am/fm stations. Upgrade your trucks!!steve C.

I had a great experience overall. The only thing is that the corner of the trailer had a pile of dark gray dust. I thought in might be gun powder but my husband said it looked more like break powder. Either way I was moving light beige furniture and luckily I always inspect the trailer before I put anything in it. But maybe the trailers could be a bit cleaner.Lamarlon P.
