I checked online at u haul to see if my truck and tow dolly would be compatible and it was all good. when I went to get it at the vender it would not go through was not compatible . so I had to go back home and do the rental over on my computer. It went through and I went back and got the dolly. But when I brought it back I was charged for two days. The time I spent not getting on the road because of some kind of error in making the rental made the trip for delivery longer and was charged more. Sure would like a refund for one of those days if possible

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI really can't think of anything. Everything went smoothly. I've rented from B&C Auto before and I'm a always very satisfied. I love the ability to return the vehicle using the app.
Gordon HAll of the questions above have a yes and no answer.&My moving needs were clearly met. The cargo bay of the truck was clean. However, the cab had coffee spilled in the cupholders on the dash and on the floor and the windshield was very dirty. I went ahead and used the truck because I really needed it and reported it to the owner of B&C Auto Parts upon its return so it would be clean for the next person. The owner was very helpful and nice.I hate to report this but the inside of the building looked like a dump with papers all over the floor especially when I stepped behind the counter to the computer. It reminded me of being in an elderly person’s home who is a hoarder. Stuff everywhere! Like I said the owner was very friendly and helpful. Not sure if I would send my wife or daughter there because of the lack of cleanliness.
ROY WProcess was easy and did not take very long. Owner was very nice and the truck was in good shape with good AC. No issues with pick up or drop off. Overall a pretty seamless experience.
