Cranky and busy doing other stuff. It worked and they got the truck and trailer so I guess it was fine.

Tom the owner went out of his way to help me and my wife. First class service is refreshing, Definitely will use next time.
DOMINIC SI was there around 1pm during business hours to drop off the truck. No one was to be found I wander around the facility. So I decide to drop off the keys in the drop box had parked the truck in drop off zone. Then around 7:00pm I receive texts messages wondering the where the vehicle. Then around either 4:30am or 5:30am in the morning they had called me for a truck that was still sitting there. Kinda ridiculous

VALERIE GHere's the problem. I show up at 9:40 AM, and the guy is not there. I was supposed to meet people at 10 AM I'm only 10 minutes away, and he may be late. There was also another guy there since 9 AM, but I talked to, they had a big truck for a drop off. It was work related. It was a very large truck, not a U-Haul. My personal two cents, the guy should not be running a branch of U-Haul. Very unprofessional for him to be late like that. The sign said it opened at 9 AM Also, the small office space was a complete disaster. Somebody should walk in there from corporate. What a mess. I will never do business with him again.
